PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
We work with clients of all sizes and can accommodate reasonable MOQ’s for new brands in addition to executing large scale production for seasoned and established brands. According to many of our smaller start-up brands, we are a “designer’s dream come true!”. We have successfully produced and delivered for top specialty boutiques worldwide, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, HSN, QVC and many more.
Our Process
Once tech packs and prototypes/samples have been developed and a production order has been submitted to the factory, we manage all aspects of the process for manufacturing through to delivery. We manage the projected timeline for production and coordinate the logistics for all sourced components and materials to arrive at the factory. Ongoing communication to our factories is maintained for the duration of the production cycle with regular updates and progress reports provided to the client.
Sourcing & Materials
Our innovative global suppliers in ALL categories, from leather, fabrics, trim, hardware components, recycled sterling silver and recycled gold, and sustainable materials, etc… allow us to bring a variety of resources together for our clients. We strive to provide newness and innovation for choices in materials so the client’s product remains unique and gives them a competitive advantage in the market. Our suppliers possess multi-certifications for sustainability and environmental safety standards.
Tooling
Our factories assess and implement the recommended tooling necessary for the unique requirements for any type of production.
Costing
An important aspect of production is price. We provide our clients with all costing components and make recommendations for manufacturing methods, materials and ultimately logistics/shipping guidance to ensure pricing of the product falls within the parameters of the desired target.
Logistics
As part of our full-service offerings, we provide clients with assistance in shipping and logistics. Once manufacturing is complete we ensure our client's products are in good hands for transit with one of our reliable shipping agents.
